Very Merry Christmas.

May the Joy of the Season be with you and your families at this joyous time of year.
May your loaves of bread rise. May your cakes bring delight. ( May your oven not quit half-way through baking your Turkey, Ham, Figgy Pudding, or Yule Log.)
And may all your flour dreams come true.

Eggnog sounds like a delicious twist to the cheesecake. Very pretty too! Happy New Year!

I think eggnog would be fabulous. If (when?) I make this again, I might try that variation. Yours look so good, and minis are such a great idea.

Happy New Year to you too!
Love the minis. My half size cheesecake turned out but the mini that I made with the leftover filling seemed to have blown up. Hmmm…
Oh well! They were tasty!

How fun! Who cares about the cracks, really. Just adds character. I really wanted to do egg nog too, but they ran out in our military grocery store here in Italy, and Italians don’t do egg nog. (No candy canes either!) Maybe next year?

Mmmm…eggnog flavored cheesecake. Cracks or not, you can’t go wrong. I guess the higher they rise, the farther they fall (mine did the same thing). Nice job, though!
