There are very few Asian style dishes that I don’t like. It doesn’t matter whether fish or fowl or beef or pork. I love the combination of flavors – lemon grass, coriander, garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce – they just seem all so good together. So this week when Gaye picked Thai Pork with noodles I was excited!!
But as it turns out this was not a fave. There was just something about it that didn’t appeal to me. But I did try it.
The only changes I made: I used Ramen noodles rather than mung bean since I couldn’t find them, I left out red chillies but used some crushed pepper instead.
Ah, well. Maybe next time.
