I do love me some good Brownies. But I also love me some good Blondies. And Dorie was there for me when I needed some really good Blondies.

    Peanuttiest Blondies

I had made these initially about a year ago. I used Honey Roasted Peanuts then. They added a little extra sweetness. When I made them this week I just used plain peanuts. I also used some chopped Cadburys milk chocolate pieces. The mildness of the milk chocolate kind of blended in with the rest of the flavors.


I made 1/2 of the recipe which was perfect for a little 7′ x 7″ pan. I baked them about 30/35 minutes rather than 40/50 minutes for the larger pan. Sweet and nutty and chocolatey. They were great warm just out of the oven with just a touch of ‘niller Ice Cream. Perfection!!
