If you like hash browns you will enjoy these Potato Rösti. Typical rösti are fried in a skillet. But Donna bakes them in little piles after tossing the strips of potato with Parmesan, thyme, salt and pepper.

They are the perfect side for hamburgers instead of French fries, or with a nice steak instead of a baked potato.

Simple but delicious.

One note, I needed to bake mine a little longer for them to be completely done.
