It’s fried. Nuff said!! Ok, let me add to that. These are tasty little cakes made with corn, green onions, bacon, and cheese. Ingredients that one simply cannot go wrong with.
And they are fried but only quickly and in just 3 Tbl of oil. And they are good! Nuff said!!

I think you hit the nail on the head – you can’t really go wrong with those main ingredients. I love the dark golden colour of yours. Sometimes I get too excited and let them burn.

These were so good…and that tomato chutney suggested to go with it was the most delicious thing ever. I can’t be making either of them very often as I didn’t stop at one, or even two. YUM. I did space them out over a couple of days. Not that that counts for much, lol.
