This weeks dish from Wednesdays with Donna Hay –

Simple potato and onion stacks. Thin slices of potato layered with caramelized onions. Drizzled with butter and baked. While Donna suggested topping each stack with a sprig of thyme I used sage instead. Love the taste of sage and potatoes.
