Our first recipe for Eating with Ellie was chosen by Kayte. Simple, delicious, and healthy.
Simply, shrimp and spinach sauteed in a garlicy olive oil and seasoned with smoked paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. It was ready in less than 15 minutes.
This was so good. It is nice and spicy without being hot and goes well with just about any side you could think of. We had ours with a simple yellow rice.
