I like a good steak.  I like it grilled, medium rare with a little salt and pepper.  Maybe some grilled mushrooms and onions.  This was basically an nice little unadorned steak.  Just a little parsley-caper sauce.


But I am glad I put the parsley-caper sauce on just part of the filet because it was not to my taste. {Sorry,  Gaye!} I don’t like raw shallots (which the recipe called for but I used small yellow onion).  I did like the ‘grilled’ zucchini and will probably use that part of the recipe a lot.

But if you need a quick meal this is the one.  The steak cooks quickly and the zucchini, too.
