For me the basic comfort food is any kind of pasta.  Then you add in some butter and a little Parm and I am in heaven.  So thanks Donna for giving me comfort food at the beginning of the, finally, cold weather.  Oh, did I mention the broccoli?


The broccoli is steamed then added to the sauteed garlic and chillies {I subbed red pepper flakes} then it is all tossed with the pasta.  Donna suggested penne or orecchiette but I like the little shells for this.  More room for the butter to stick.
