More commonly known as Spaghetti with Shrimp and Scallops.
There was no way I was going to skip this pasta from Hazan’s 30 Minute Pasta. Afterall how can you go wrong with Shrimp AND Scallops. And it was GOOD!!!
The only change I made was to use Bay Scallops instead of Sea Scallops. The Bay Scallops are much much smaller so I could use them whole rather than cutting them into 1/2 inch dice. If I could have found Sea Scallops I would have used them. (They did taste a little fishy, but….) White wine. Garlic. Onions. Italian Parsley. That’s it. I will make this again. Quick! Easy! Tasty!

Oh, I have to make this one…I keep forgetting to check for scallops at the fish market…this is going to be one of those recipes I know that I am going to love just looking at it. Soon, very soon. Great pick. I wish I had been there to eat it with you. This book is fun! I get excited each week just to hunt through and find the recipe I want to make to post. Now, what will it be for next week????

I just ordered this book today from Amazon. My local bookseller did not have it in stock within a 50 mile radius!! I have the Hazan’s Italian cookbook too. . like it. I’m sure I am going to love the book since you and Kayte love it so much. The food you both make from it each week always looks delicious and Chandler would eat pasta twice a day every day if he could! Hope you are doing well this week. Am enjoying our WWF’s games.

I love, love, love scallops! I would eat this dish every day if I didn’t think I’d gain 20 pounds from all the pasta 🙂
