More commonly known as Spaghetti with Shrimp and Scallops.
There was no way I was going to skip this pasta from Hazan’s 30 Minute Pasta. Afterall how can you go wrong with Shrimp AND Scallops. And it was GOOD!!!
The only change I made was to use Bay Scallops instead of Sea Scallops. The Bay Scallops are much much smaller so I could use them whole rather than cutting them into 1/2 inch dice. If I could have found Sea Scallops I would have used them. (They did taste a little fishy, but….) White wine. Garlic. Onions. Italian Parsley. That’s it. I will make this again. Quick! Easy! Tasty!
