There are two very important words in the title of this dish from Hartwig’s W30 Fast and Easy – garlicky and crunchy. Those two just stir up all kinds of delicious images.

This dish is similar to a regular to a good stir fry beef with just one veggie – cabbage. Tri-color coleslaw mix to be exact. The beef is slow cooked with lots of garlic, fresh ginger, onions, and pepper. Just throw everything in the pot and turn it on. The cabbage mix goes in just before serving – so crunchy!!

I added extra ginger powder after the first taste and more garlic. Also, use more broth than called for.
